One thing most people have commented on about Alphie is that she drools. A lot.
This is almost always followed up by “Is she teething?”

To which we have had to say “Nope, she is just drooly... Sorry about that, here is a burp rag. I think if you move back a little further you might be out of range.”
But now, she has stopped drooling. Well, mostly stopped drooling. Ok, the drooling has not really stopped but has lessened so much that we don’t even notice it.
More importantly, she has two little teeth poking through her gums, right in the center of her lower jaw. And man can she bite with them, even though they are barely out.
You can’t really see them yet, because of a conspiracy between our daughter, who won’t sit still long enough to be examined (in that cute, precocious way that melts your heart and distracts you from the business at hand) and the fact that her whole mouth only opens an inch.
I will try to crawl in there sometime later today with a flashlight and the camera.
But trust me, they are there. If you want to come over you can put your finger in her mouth and see. Mind you, we are still allowing her to bite anything that is put in her mouth...
I know silly us... we certainly don’t let the dog do that.
